Neck/Head finish

For the finish of neck and head of the guitar I'm offering two options:

1) Oiling the neck (with Tung oil)

Pros:

Good "grip", less "sticking" to the neck when changing position.
Changing the neck shape is easily done.
"Maintenance" without effort

Tung-oil has good weatherproof characteristics, is persistent against sweat, non toxic, when dried, even saliva proof (good appetite) and so allowed for children's toys.

Cons:

Those who like it shining might be disappointed by the matt appearance of the finish.

2) Shellac finish

Pros:

Traditional look und touch
No special maintenance from the player needed.

Cons:

Refreshing/repairing is more difficult and time intensive and so more expensive.
